Who will be winner of the PFA Award in 2018?
The Professional Footballers Association is to Award the player who shows biggest impact in English football. There are only 6 nominees present. But Mohammed Salah and Kevin De Bruyne are the favorite ones.
This year 2018, the nominees have been announced as Kevin De Bruyne and Mohammed Salah as the favorites. But nonetheless, they are not the only ones on the list as 6 of them were nominated and are listed below

  • Mohamed Salah
  • Kevin De Bruyne
  • Leoray Sane
  • David Silva
  • Harry Kane
  • David De Gea
However, Kevin De Bruyne has shown that he is a good player in Manchester City and he already has 15 assist and 7 goals, crawling towards championship in the Premier league
For Mohamed Salah, he's putting in much efforts to shine in the eyes of many and become a well known star in the eyes of many as he has had 28 goals already and 9 assist. Harry Kane, the England forwarder has chipped in with 25 goals while Leroy Sane is a brilliant player with good performance as he has 9 goals already. The total number of them is 6 players nominated altogether this 2018.

Mohamed Salah wins the Professional Footballer's Association Award 2018

The 25 - years old Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah won the Professional Footballer's Association (PFA) award on Sunday. He is the first Egyptian player in history to ever win this award. Mohamed Salah has helped Liverpool to reach Champions League semi-finals with 41 goals in all competitions as he joined As Roma last year. With help of Mohamed Salah, Liverpool is also at top-four finish in Premier league. He was voted by the PFA members from the 92 premier league and football league teams as he was winner. The six-man short list also included Kevin De Bruyne, Leroy Sane and David Silva. Leroy Sane took trophy of The Youngest Player of the year. Also, at London's Grosvenor House Hotel, Fran Kirby of Chelsea ladies won the Women's Player of the year award. Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool manager hailed Mohamed Salah in a video during the award.
