Akindele Olufunke Ayotunde popularly known as Funke Akindele is the second child of her parents, born in Ikorodu, Lagos Nigeria on the 24th of August, 1977. She's currently a Nigerian Actress. Her father is a retired School Principal while her mother is a Medical Doctor. At the former Ogun State Polytechnic which is now known as The Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, she achieved her Ordinary National Diploma in Mass Communication. Also, from the University of Lagos, she got her Degree in Law. After an engagement with tNominatedr United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) sponsored sitcom: "I Need to Know" which proceeded from 1998 to 2002. In 2009, she became well noticed and totally known after acting the movie titled 'Jenifa'. She currently heads a foundation called THE JENIFA FOUNDATION which serves as a charity foundation aimed at helping to exploit talents of youths and motivating youths to live a successful career

Talking about her marital life, she got married to Adeola Kehinde Oloyede on 26 May, 2012 but later on divorced a year after in July 2013. But that's not the end of the story, She's now married to Abdul Rasheed Bello, a Nigerian rapper popularly known as JJC Skillz. They got married in London in May 2016
Her success has proven how hard working she is. She the 5th Richest Actress in 2018 with a net worth of N510 Million she has been into endowment deals with Klin detergent, Globacom etc but the one she currently involved was signing in as the Ambassador of Irokotv. The 25 - years old Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah won the Professional Footballer's Association (PFA) award on Sunday. He is the first Egyptian player in history to ever win this award. Mohamed Salah has helped Liverpool to reach Champions League semi-finals with 41 goals in all competitions as he joined As Roma last year.
