Despite the fact that Barcelona was kick out of the Champions league, Barcelona holds La Liga with iron hands as they take first position on the table.
Barcelona is back again, putting a new record on the list with 39 games unbeaten taking the top table list with 14 points. Lionel Messi, Louis Suarez, Andres Iniesta and Philippe Coutinho all selected to make a better match. Coutinho played a vital assist role in the match which lead to a goal. Samuel Umtiti also helped Barcelona with a cool goal into the net. Despite their failure to win Champions league, they are showing great efforts in La Liga and prove to be Legends.
Valencia scored a penalty goal against Barcelona which didn't change the fact that Barcelona had to win the match. Also, Marc - Andre Ter Stegen, Barcelona goalkeeper, made a remarkable performance and protected his team. If not for Ter Stegen, Barcelona would have been less in the match because he saved a numerous number of strikes by Valencia to protect their victory.


In The Match;

  • Louis Suarez scored the first goal as Coutinho gave a brilliant assist to Louis Suarez and Suarez didn't hesitate to put in a goal in the first 15 minutes of the game.
  • Barcelona's second goal came in the second half as Umtiti got in between two Valencia players to score the corner
  • Valencia scored a goal as Dembele fouled Gaya, in the area, leading to a penalty which Dani Parejo takes the penalty and scored a goal for Valencia
Since Louis Suarez joined Barcelona, he has scored 10 goals against Valencia in all competitions more than all other clubs.

Mohamed Salah wins the Professional Footballer's Association Award 2018

The 25 - years old Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah won the Professional Footballer's Association (PFA) award on Sunday. He is the first Egyptian player in history to ever win this award. Mohamed Salah has helped Liverpool to reach Champions League semi-finals with 41 goals in all competitions as he joined As Roma last year. With help of Mohamed Salah, Liverpool is also at top-four finish in Premier league. He was voted by the PFA members from the 92 premier league and football league teams as he was winner. The six-man short list also included Kevin De Bruyne, Leroy Sane and David Silva. Leroy Sane took trophy of The Youngest Player of the year.
